Terms and Conditions

Deposit Terms:
- The deposit is non-refundable and secures the Buyer’s right to purchase the chosen puppy.
- The deposit will be deducted from the total purchase price.
- If the Buyer fails to complete the purchase by the agreed pickup date without prior arrangements, the Seller reserves the right to retain the deposit and make the puppy available to other buyers.

Health and Guarantee:
- The puppy will be in good health and up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming at the time of pickup.
- The Buyer will receive a health record and any applicable registration papers upon final payment.
- If the Buyer chooses to register the puppy, they will be given 30 days of MetLife Insurance after registering.

Buyer’s Responsibilities:
- The Buyer agrees to provide a safe, loving home for the puppy.
- The Buyer understands that failure to pick up the puppy on the agreed date without prior communication may forfeit their rights to the puppy and deposit.

Final Payment:
- The remaining balance of $___________________________ is due on or before the scheduled pickup date.
- Payment must be made in cash or via an agreed method prior to taking possession of the puppy.

Return Policy:
- No refunds will be given after the puppy leaves the Seller’s premises.
- If the Buyer can no longer care for the puppy, the Seller shall be the first person contacted before rehoming so they can either take the puppy back or assist in finding another home.
